We travel to a magical blue cave by pleasure boat. Tensodo was designated as a natural monument in 1935. It is a sea cave with three entrances and the south entrance is especially large and is 147m in length. The cave has a ceiling with a big round hole with beautiful sunlight shining down. “Tenso” means ”Skylight”. The cave is full of thrills and dreams.
The boat travels along the most varied coastline in West-Izu for 50 minutes.
Weather pending, you can see Mt.Fuji from the sea. The final spot is a blue cave known as "Tensodo".
You can enjoy meals in a restaurant overlooking the cobalt blue sea.
We offer various Japanese meals (Tempura bowl, Sashimi sets, Sukiyaki bowl, Udon, etc.) and some Western-style meals (Curry and rice, bouillabaisse, etc.).
Our Dogashima Gozen comes highly recommended. (Simmered red bream, Sashimi, Tempura, etc.). Also we offer a variety of soft drinks, alcohol, and desserts (Ice cream, Fruit parfait, etc.). The combination of beautiful scenery and delicious food will make for an unforgettable Japanese experience.
